About Sadaqat Limited Company's Structure. Sadaqat Limited has a hierachal business structure. The senior most is the chairman Mr. Mukhtar Ahmed, then the CEO Mr. Khurram Mukhtar, then three directors, Mr. Hamid Mukhtar, Awais Mukhtar and Shoaib Mukhtar. It also has it's independent directors and directors and advisers for different departments of the business. My role in Sadaqat Limited My role as an Intern for this short period was only to visit, observe, learn and gain maximum knowledge about how industries work. But Interns who work longer in Sadaqat are offered jobs and are also trained with the required skills so they can contribute to the business.
